Nieuwe vereniging: European patent litigators association (EPLIT)

Uit het persbericht: "A new association was recently created. It is called EPLIT (European patent litigators association). The goal of the association is to promote fair patent litigation in Europe. European patent attorneys having appropriate qualification in patent litigation are eligible for membership. All other patent practitioners qualified according to Article 48(1) or (4) of the Unified Patent Court Agreement (UPCA) are also welcome to join as associate members. The 1st annual meeting of EPLIT took place in Edinburgh on May 2nd, 2014.
